TransPerfect Translations is seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive SEO and PPC/Social Media campaigns from start to finish. You will serve as the single point of contact for project success and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize quality and profitability.

The role emphasizes clear instructions, client guidance, timely delivery, and ongoing process improvement within a stable, global company.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities under pressure.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and clients.
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm clarity of instructions before starting workflow with Account Executives/Client Services.
• Coordinate with teams to educate and advise clients on project goals.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to maximize profitability and speed.
• Use CAT tools and glossaries to ensure consistency and quality.
• Communicate issues and delays promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with Quality Managers and other departments to smooth project flow.
• Provide quality checks and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Bill projects accurately within 24 hours of completion.
• Maintain relationships with contract linguists worldwide.
