WN Talents is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Development Manager to liaise between clients and performance marketing/development teams, ensuring projects run smoothly. The role requires a tech-savvy professional with excellent customer service and project management abilities.

You will handle end-to-end client support, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate tasks across teams to optimize workflows. Strong English and Russian language skills are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in a digital marketing agency in client support/project management or strategy.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and mobile trackers (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Hands-on experience with online ad campaigns (Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
• Team management experience.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end client support and project management.
• Daily communication with clients and lifecycle management.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate across performance, development, analytics and production teams to optimize workflow.
• Manage tasks within the project team and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Lead media planning, budgeting, KPI setting, strategy negotiations and monitoring.
• Provide regular client reviews and present results in meetings.
