TransPerfect is seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive SEO and PPC/Social Media Marketing projects from start to finish. You will serve as the single point of contact and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

This role emphasizes clear communication, client education on goals, and efficient vendor coordination, with a focus on quality and profitability. Candidates with translation experience and CMS tools are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in translation industry and with SEMRush/Google Ads is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm clarity of instructions before initiating project workflow.
• Coordinate with Account Executives/Client Services to educate clients on goals.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to maximize profitability.
• Use CAT tools to maximize consistency and profitability.
• Provide quality checks and a final eye quality score before sending a job out.
• Bill projects within 24 hours of completion, complying with regulations.
