Job summary

AgileEngine seeks an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will implement secure, observable, and fault‑tolerant solutions and provide technical leadership across teams.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks and Microsoft AD, plus experience with AWS/Azure and SOX regulation. Flexibility for after-hours work is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment: Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper devices and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems & Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure).
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company is a must.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Patch deployment experience.
• Ability to work independently and with a project-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work after business hours as needed.
• Vendor management experience in hardware, software, and services.
• Experience operating in a 24x7 international environment (US & EMEA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
