AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 software company that delivers enterprise-grade networks and cloud infrastructure. We seek an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage in on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infra.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure, cloud-first mindset.
• Experience in SOX-regulated environments is essential.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Office 365 apps (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and project-oriented delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systems.
• Implement observable, secure, and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute infra projects and initiatives.
• Lead infra and application projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage device lifecycles: vulnerabilities, firmware, decommissioning, documentation.
• Vendor management for hardware, software, and services.
• Help define and execute enterprise-wide infra strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software .
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.
• Work schedule flexibility required as some work must be completed after business hours.
• Experience interfacing with and managing vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA).
• Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.
• Experience with Linux a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for the design, build and support of corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, support and direction across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for day to day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – Vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, Document.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution.
• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
