As a Decision Analytics Lead, you will partner with clients to translate business objectives into actionable analytics solutions, bridging business and technical teams, and guiding project delivery.

You’ll mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional analytics work, and travel as needed to serve client engagements in Argentina and beyond.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into analytics solutions.
Bridge between business and technical teams, documenting and prioritizing needs.
Analyze data requirements to support design and decision-making.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and business process discussions.
Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define data specs and rules.
Ensure solutions align with client expectations and processes.
Define project scope and develop execution approach.
Lead task execution, track progress, and coordinate meetings.
Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on client issues.
Design and run qualitative/quantitative analyses to test hypotheses.
Synthesize findings and communicate results to clients and teams.
Provide thought leadership and drive project delivery quality.
