Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into data and analytics solutions.

• Analyze, structure, and validate data to support solution design and decisions.
• Translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Develop and apply statistical models addressing client problems and driving insights.
• Use analytics to inform client and ZS team decision-making.
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate needs.
• Synthesize results and present to clients and teams.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a reliable contact on deliverables.
• Provide project updates and support implementation for impact.
• Guide Associates on teams and advance problem-solving skills.
