PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate for Deals Financial Due Diligence to advise on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial data, focusing on quality of earnings and cash flows, and provide strategic diligence to clients across geographies.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • English proficiency required.

You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
