PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager to guide the financial due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across client engagements. You will mentor teams and deliver high-quality analyses, collaborating with global advisory teams to maximise deal value.

The role emphasizes integrity and collaboration, leveraging innovative tools to enhance delivery and drive results in complex transactions.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial due diligence or deal advisory.
  • Professional certifications (CPA/CA/CFA) preferred.
  • Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings and cash flows.
  • Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for client transactions.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
  • Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance in financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients, legal advisors, and cross-functional deal teams throughout the transaction process.
  • Apply financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Ensure information security and data protection practices.
  • Lead client discussions and provide strategic advice on pricing matters and deal closing mechanisms.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.
