PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced Associate in Deals Capital Markets to provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting for mergers, acquisitions, and other transformational events. You will advise clients on complex transaction structures and capital markets topics while learning and growing within a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor's degree required.

You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational business events that may impact an organization's value. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
