Responsibilities

• Conducting financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
• Evaluating business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential
• Developing financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision‑making
• Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and potential risks
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide insights on financial forecasts and valuations
• Reviewing contractual agreements to understand financial implications and obligations
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
• Engaging in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Applying corporate finance principles to assess earnings quality and working capital management
• Monitoring industry trends to inform investment analysis and strategic planning

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred.
