Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with deal teams to support origination and execution across a portfolio of North America clients.
• Coordinate completion of key client activities and transaction milestones, including ESG assessments, due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
• Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain visibility on the deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization as needed.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction requirements.
• Partner with KYC Operations to support onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency and efficiency of execution.

Job responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with deal teams to support transaction origination and execution across a portfolio of North America clients.
• Coordinate completion of key client activities and transaction milestones, including negative media screening, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
• Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain visibility on the deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization as needed.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction requirements.
• Partner with Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations to support timely and accurate onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the consistency and efficiency of execution.
