J.P. Morgan is seeking a Deal Services Analyst to support senior stakeholders, clients, and complex investment banking transactions across debt, equity, and M&A.

You will help enable disciplined execution by coordinating critical activities and milestones and maintaining strong client relationships. You will partner with coverage and product teams to support relationship management and transaction execution, driving timely completion and escalation where needed to ensure high-quality client

Formación

• Experience with investment banking products including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or loans.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with deal teams supporting origination and execution across a portfolio of clients and sectors.
• Coordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones.
• Participate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements and track follow-up actions.
• Manage and monitor the deal pipeline with accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, and research teams to support client and transaction execution.
• Provide end-to-end oversight for underwriting committee approval processes.
• Facilitate advisory activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce administrative workload.
• Monitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met and issues addressed promptly.
