EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant to join the Deal Management team in Argentina. You will support and execute operational projects within cross-functional teams across pre- and post-deal engagements, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and delivering actionable recommendations.

The role requires a business/finance background with 2+ years of experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and ~18 months of related work experience.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting consulting, transaction, transformation, project management, operational improvement, or related business initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
