Lago is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) to drive delivery quality and efficiency across global projects, in alignment with project plans and SOPs. The role collaborates with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost of delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, monitor study metrics, mentor staff, and ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience, remote or on-site.
• 2+ years in a lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Strong English language skills (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP and regulatory aspects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate global projects.
• Monitor study metrics, analyze trends, and propose corrective actions.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tools.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Ensure thorough documentation and audit readiness.
