Job summary

The World Bank Group in Buenos Aires is seeking an ET Consultant (Data Analyst Transformation) to design and manage Power BI dashboards that drive leadership decisions. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, RLS security, and collaboration across agile teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, information systems, or related field with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in data and statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; experience implementing RLS in Power BI datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Power BI dashboards with Row-Level Security to restrict data by user identity, region, department, or role.
• Use statistical techniques to uncover trends and measure impact.
• Translate survey and feedback data into actionable insights for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Work within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and apply agile principles in transformation contexts.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability across transformation efforts.
• Communicate findings through concise summaries, visual reports, and strategic recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate understanding of AI tools and their application to drive innovation and digital transformation.
• Use Mural, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint for virtual coordination.
