The successful candidate has 5+ years in a Data Engineer role, strong SQL, Python/Java, and cloud experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks, collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineer or related fields.
• +5 years in Data Engineer role.
• Experience with data acquisition, preparation, and validation.
• Experience with big data computing and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python/Java.

Responsibilities

• Understand business use of data and stakeholder requirements to support work processes.
• Leverage data, software engineering, and data science techniques to create value.
• Identify, acquire, cleanse & prepare, store data and develop data products.
• Normalize and ingest data from multiple sources.
• Enable data scientists and contribute to models.
• Collaborate with ML Engineer to scale and deploy solutions.
