Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration efforts for a major global ERP program.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration controls, and manage risks in a 100% remote role with UTC-friendly hours. Requirements include strong data migration methodology expertise, experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations, and fluent English for interviews and daily work.

Competenze

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
