AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration activities for a major ERP program on a 100% remote basis. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have large-scale data-migration experience (ERP, preferably S/4HANA), strong English, and availability to work in UTC time hours. Join a collaborative, global team and help ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption,

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
