Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a 100% remote, full-time engagement supporting a global automotive client and a leading consulting firm. You will plan and drive data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Required experience includes leading large-scale data migration programs and ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data migration programs.
• Knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with ERP migration programs (S/4HANA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
