Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a complex, enterprise-scale migration for a global automotive client. You will plan end-to-end migration activities, define approach, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

This 100% remote, full-time role requires proven data migration leadership, strong methodology knowledge (ETL, cleansing, validation), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data migration programs.
• Knowledge of data migration extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
