Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage the end-to-end planning and execution of a data migration program for one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams, define the migration approach and controls, manage risks, ensure data quality, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

This role requires English communication and alignment with UTC working hours for a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
