3M HEALTHCARE in Buenos Aires is seeking a Data Engineer to own complex data workflows powering marketing insights. You will design scalable data solutions, build production-grade pipelines, and collaborate with Data Scientists to prepare data for advanced modeling.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Airflow/dbt, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Fluency in English and proactive communication with global teams are essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and deploy production‑grade data pipelines using modern orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Optimize data models for performance and cost‑efficiency within cloud environments.
• Perform code reviews and mentor Core Engineers to ensure high standards of "getting sh*t done".
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to ensure data readiness for advanced modeling.
• Implement data security and privacy best practices in line with global standards.

WHAT YOU BRING:

We’re open to see all different levels of experience.

• Proven experience in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines in a professional environment.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

• You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
