You'll collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals and brand storytelling. A data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with major ad platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with eCommerce, fashion, or beauty brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to identify scalable winners.
• Track performance daily and present insights, learnings, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to align ads with brand goals.
