Job summary

Coderio is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofits in a fully remote LATAM role. You will transform marketing and CRM data into clear insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance.

You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, spot trends, and improve reporting systems with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
