Job summary

Coderio is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and improved campaign performance.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, track trends, improve reporting, and guide strategic marketing decisions through data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaigns and provide actionable insights.
