Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across business areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Operate in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
