Qualifications

• Experience in project management, program management, business operations, transformation, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience developing project plans, status reporting, governance materials, and executive-ready communications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic DiTTO priorities, ensuring activities are on time and aligned to objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Monitor progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance processes, including status reporting, steering committee prep, decision tracking, and action items.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility into health, milestones, resource needs, and outcomes.
• Support leadership presentations, project reviews, and program reporting.
