Sagan Recruitment seeks a Customer Success Specialist (Real Estate) for a remote, independent contractor role. You will be the main point of contact for real estate agents using the cash offer program.

You will guide agents on presenting cash offer options, follow up to keep momentum, and demo the lead generation platform to new subscribers. You will also assist onboarding and maintain high-quality communication across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for real estate agents using the cash offer program, answering inquiries via email and phone.
• Guide and coach real estate agents on effectively presenting cash offer options to home sellers.
• Follow up consistently with agents to maintain deal momentum toward finalized offers.
• Conduct introductory product demos for newly onboarded subscribers, walking them through the lead generation platform and answering their questions.
• Support newly onboarded subscribers through initial platform setup and integration.
• Maintain fast, high-quality communication across written and spoken channels.

POSITION: Customer Success Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Remote (South Africa, Philippines and Nigeria preferred)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)

Compensation: 2300 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position
