Capgemini Engineering is seeking a CRM Analytics professional to design and deliver data flows, dashboards, and SAQL-based queries within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with business units to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, build data models, and create comprehensive reports.

The role emphasizes collaboration across client teams and on-site colleagues, with opportunities to learn new tools and methodologies.

Formación

• 3+ Years in Tableau CRM/Einstein/Wave Analytics.
• 5+ years in Data warehouse and BI with any Self-Service BI Tool (Preferably Tableau).
• 5+ years in SQL.
• 3+ years in JSON/SAQL/SOQL/XML.
• 3 years in Salesforce CRM application process experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create data flows, recipes and complex dashboards (binding).
• Create complex SAQL queries in TCRM.
• Experience in building, maintaining and migrating TCRM assets in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in building and designing large enterprise BI & Analytics applications.
• Document business requirements and create data models, reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrate consultative mindset and collaboration with client and on-site team, open to learning new tools.
• Perform routine data analysis, data validation, and data mapping.
• Produce client deliverables for Salesforce platform (design docs, unit test plans, well documented code).
• Understand and consult on best practices with team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business and understand CRM functional requirements and prepare TCRM technical solution .

• Create complex SAQL queries in TCRM
• Experience in Building, Maintaining and Migrate TCRM assets in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in building and designing large enterprise BI & Analytics applications
• Other responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating data models, designing and building reports and dashboards
• Demonstrates a consultative mindset and desire to work well with the client, on-site team members and Ready to adopt/learn new tools.
• Perform routine data analysis, data validation, and data mapping

• 3+ Years in Tableau CRM/Einstein/ Wave Analytics
• 5+ years in Data warehouse and Business Intelligence with Any Self-Service BI Tool (Preferably Tableau)
• 5+ years in SQL
• 3+ years in JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML
• 3 year in any Salesforce CRM application process experience. (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud not mandatory)
