Capgemini Engineering is seeking a CRM Analytics specialist to design and implement Tableau CRM/Einstein analytics solutions within Salesforce, focused on dashboards, data flows, and SAQL queries. You will translate business CRM needs into technical designs and deliver robust BI reports for the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will collaborate with on-site teams in Argentina, leverage SQL and data warehousing experience, and migrate TCRM assets while adhering to best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years in Tableau CRM/Einstein/Wave Analytics
• 5+ years in Data Warehouse and BI with any Self-Service BI Tool (Tableau preferred)
• 5+ years in SQL
• 3+ years in JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML
• 3 years in Salesforce CRM application process experience (Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud not mandatory)
• Solid programming concepts and software development principles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver reliable results

Responsabilidades

• Interact with business and understand CRM requirements and prepare TCRM technical solution
• Create data flows, recipes and complex dashboards
• Create complex SAQL queries in TCRM
• Migrate and manage TCRM assets in Salesforce ecosystem
• Document business requirements, data models, and build reports/dashboards
• Provide client deliverables for Salesforce: design documentation, test plans, and code
• Consult with team on best practices and learn new tools
• Perform data analysis, validation, and data mapping
