The Coca-Cola Company in Argentina seeks a Transportation Analyst to join CPS Argentina on a fixed-term contract through August 31, 2027. You will optimize transport processes, analyze trends with Power BI, and support RFQ submissions and freight settlements.

Collaborate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and sustainability in logistics operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and IT systems like SAP and TMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize Transportation Processes: Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring data integration between TMS and SAP.
• Analyze and Report Trends: Use Power BI to report trends in transport activities and carrier performance.
• Support Financial Activities: Prepare baseline files for RFQ/rates submissions and assist with budgeting.
• Manage Freight Settlement and Claims: File, process, and follow up on carrier claims.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve transportation processes and follow up on action plans.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Establish routines with internal teams and external partners.
• Support Sustainability Goals: Align transportation activities with Coca-Cola's sustainability objectives.
• Monitor Ingredient Coverage: Identify critical import orders and manage SAP/MRP to ensure availability.
• Participate in Global Projects: Contribute to global transport projects and IT enhancements.
• Backup Logistics Supervisor: Provide support and act as backup when needed.

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Transportation Analyst to join our team at CPS Argentina , our concentrate plant located in CABA , under a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2027 .

What You'll Do for Us

• Optimize Transportation Processes : Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth data integration between Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other IT systems like SAP.
• Analyze and Report Trends : Use analytical tools such as Power BI to report trends in transport activities and carrier performance, providing actionable insights to the transport team.
• Support Financial Activities : Prepare baseline files for RFQ/rates submission, assist with budgeting, and ensure timely payment to service providers in accordance with agreed terms.
• Manage Freight Settlement and Claims : File, process, and follow up on carrier claims while ensuring timely closure of quality notifications related to transportation defects.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to improve transportation processes, implement recommendations, and follow up on action plans to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Establish routines and communication plans with internal teams and external partners, including carriers and 3PL providers, to ensure seamless operations.
• Support Sustainability Goals : Partner with carriers, 3PL providers, and the Global Logistics team to align transportation activities with Coca-Cola's sustainability objectives.
• Monitor Ingredient Coverage : Identify critical import orders and manage SAP/MRP systems to ensure ingredient availability and avoid stockouts at CPS Argentina.
• Participate in Global Projects : Contribute to global and operational transport projects, including digitalization initiatives and IT system enhancements like Track N' Trace technologies.
• Backup Logistics Supervisor : Provide support and act as a backup for the Logistics Supervisor role when needed.

What Are the Qualifications Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and IT systems like SAP and TMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Desirable Qualifications :

• Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with digitalization projects and operational excellence methodologies.
