Job summary

Neogroup, Inc. busca un Content Writer de habla hispana para impulsar engagement de marca en mercados internacionales.

Se combinará storytelling creativo con ejecución de marketing para contenidos que conviertan y fortalezcan la lealtad de la marca entre jugadores. Trabajará creando contenido CRM, SEO y SMM, adaptando campañas globales a mercados específicos, asegurando cumplimiento de las guías de la marca y normativas regionales, y colaborando con CRM, SEO y equipos de diseño para entregar

Qualifications

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en escritura y edición dentro de CRM o marketing de rendimiento.
• Hablante de español fluido con gramática impecable.
• Buen dominio del inglés para comunicación en un equipo internacional.
• Experiencia en iGaming o familiaridad con terminología del sector.
• Excelentes habilidades de redacción, edición y corrección.
• Proactivo, autónomo, organizado y capaz de cumplir plazos en un entorno dinámico.
• Competencia con herramientas de marketing, plataformas CRM y dashboards de colaboración.

Responsibilities

• Creación de contenido de CRM, SEO y marketing para la marca.
• Desarrollar mensajes de ciclo de vida, como campañas de correo, notificaciones push y mensajes dentro de la app.
• Adaptar campañas globales para mercados objetivo.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de la marca y normativas regionales.

Role Overview

As a Content Writer, you will play a key role in elevating brand engagement across our major client's international markets. This dynamic role blends creative storytelling with targeted marketing execution, focusing on delivering compelling, high-converting content that resonates with player audiences and drives long-term brand loyalty. You’ll act as a trusted voice for the brand, crafting impactful messaging across multiple channels to ensure a seamless, engaging, and compliant player journey.

What you will be doing

• Content Creation: Create high-performing CRM, SEO, SMM, and other marketing content on behalf of the brand.
• Lifecycle Messaging: Develop high-performing lifecycle communication, including email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Campaign Adaptation: Adapt global campaigns and marketing materials specifically for target markets.
• Brand & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal CRM, SEO, and design teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive campaigns.
• Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across all communication channels, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing and editing within CRM or performance-driven marketing communication.
• Fluent Spanish speaker with flawless grammar, stylistic accuracy, and a strong understanding of the market preferences.
• Good command of English for effective communication within an international team.
• Experience in iGaming or familiarity with industry terminology.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and collaboration dashboards.
