Zarego is seeking a Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to translate technical solutions into compelling narratives across blogs, social posts, landing pages, and newsletters.

You will craft content, manage social campaigns, and design visuals using Figma and Photoshop, with experience in WordPress and HTML/CSS helpful.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, copywriting, and visual design within tech or B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Photoshop for design, image editing, and layout composition.
• Familiarity publishing and formatting content in WordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

At Zarego, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist / Content Creator. If you are a creative, strategic marketer who excels at translating technical solutions into compelling narratives —from blog posts and social media to visual assets— we want to meet you!

What you'll do:

• Marketing Strategy & Calendar: Define how to communicate Zarego's services across target industries. Build and execute the content calendar, ensuring tone and brand consistency across all channels.
• Editorial & Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-impact tech blogs, website copy, landing pages, and newsletters—translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging commercial content.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging posts and campaigns for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to share company news, events, achievements, and team culture.
• Visual Asset & Graphic Design: Design visuals for social media, campaigns, newsletters, and web sections using Figma and Photoshop, ensuring assets adapt across formats.
• Multimedia & Repurposing: Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for our videos, while turning recorded talks and transcripts into structured articles and social snippets.
• Commercial Campaigns & Email Marketing: Build ad creatives and copy for Meta Ads, write landing page copy, design email newsletters, and manage campaign content execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in marketing, content creation, copywriting, and visual design within tech or B2B environments.
• Design Tools: Hands-on experience with Figma and Photoshop for design, image editing, and layout composition.
• Web & Technical Basics: Familiarity publishing and formatting content in WordPress, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge to adjust newsletters and landing page layouts.
• Language Skills: Exceptional written English to craft clear, high-impact technical content across primary channels, with proficient written Spanish for occasional content needs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Location: Remote. Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have:

• Video Production & Motion Graphics: Experience scripting, editing, and animating short-form video content (reels, promo videos) using After Effects or similar tools.
