• 5+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or strategy.
• Agency or client services experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).
• Professional spoken and written English; comfortable leading calls.
• Strong ownership and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting.
• Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
• Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists.
• Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance.
• Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations.
• Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early.
