Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role involves bank reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow prep, and audit support with coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting.

Key duties include closing activities, tax withholdings, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration (3+ years’ university study, preferred).
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
