Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role involves financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow prep, audit support, and coordinating with external accounting firms to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, general entries, tax withholdings, and coordination of monthly and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and payments.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
