Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead for Argentina to collaborate with research staff and stakeholders to enhance trial recruitment and training needs. You will partner with internal and external teams to optimize site experience and performance, and mentor others while traveling up to 70% to study sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field or equivalent qualifications.
• English at intermediate/advanced level.
• RN or healthcare professional background is required.
• Experience as Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Trial Liaison or CRA is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research sites to develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment.
• Provide practical support to sites to maximize patient enrolment potential.
• Identify recruitment barriers and propose creative options with sponsor and stakeholders.
• Act as a resource for healthcare professionals by sharing best practices for patient identification and retention.
• Conduct recruitment training sessions.
• Map patient flow at sites and raise protocol awareness across departments.
• Educate staff on study protocols and trial requirements.
• Maintain and analyze records to tailor pre-screening and enrollment strategies.
• Complete internal reporting, organize group events, and manage objections effectively.
• Stay updated on knowledge within assigned specialty and disease areas.
