The role involves training, coordinating with multiple sites, and traveling up to 70% to support recruitment and site performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional background required.
• Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Trial Liaison, CRA preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple functions.
• Travel up to 70% and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to mentor others and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate patient recruitment.
• Provide practical support to study sites to maximize enrolment potential.
• Identify recruitment barriers and propose creative options with sponsor and stakeholders.
• Share best practices with healthcare professionals at clinical study sites.
• Conduct recruitment training sessions.
• Identify patient flow at sites and coordinate with departments to raise protocol awareness.
• Educate healthcare professionals on study protocols and trial requirements.
• Maintain and analyze records to tailor pre-screening and enrollment strategies.
• Complete internal electronic reporting and organize group events.
• Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge in the assigned specialty and disease areas.
