Job summary

IQVIA in Argentina is seeking an Assoc. Site Activation Manager (Study Start Up) to lead global site activation activities, partnering with sponsors, investigative sites and cross-functional teams to accelerate patient enrolment and ensure timely study delivery across regions.

You will develop activation strategies, manage timelines and budgets, navigate regulatory requirements, and mentor colleagues while delivering operational excellence within Global Study Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in site activation, study start-up, regulatory or clinical operations.
• Experience leading regional/global site activation in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation activities from study award through activation.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned to strategy.
• Coordinate with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams for start-up activities.
• Provide regulatory submission guidance and ethics approvals support.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets and operational performance.
• Build relationships with sponsors and investigative sites for long-term partnerships.
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment across regions.
• Support bid defence discussions and study start-up strategy for new opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues and champion process improvements in Global Study Leadership.
