Ames Construction is seeking a motivated Superintendent Civil for a major civil project located in Utah. The role requires supervising civil crews, ensuring safety, and coordinating with management and subcontractors to deliver on-time results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field, 7+ years of superintendent experience, and OSHA 30-Hour certification. Travel and weekends may be required to keep the project on schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial project superintendent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Ability to read blueprints/CAD drawings and layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of civil construction crews on site and ensure work stays on plan and within budget.
• Supervise, inspect, and approve day-to-day civil construction operations.
• Coordinate projects with management, subcontractors, and employees; manage schedules and safety.
