Delaware Valley Paving Inc. is seeking a Paving Laborer / Equipment Operator with a valid CDL for immediate hire in Phoenixville, PA. This role combines CDL driving with asphalt paving support, equipment operation, and general labor tasks on active construction sites.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outdoors, capable of operating heavy paving equipment, and willing to perform physical labor as needed to assist the crew. A valid CDL is required at the time of application.

Formación

• CDL required for employment.
• Active CDL at time of application is mandatory.
• Ability to operate heavy paving equipment safely.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and assist crew as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate heavy equipment used in paving operations.
• Operate company vehicles requiring a CDL as assigned.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
• Assist with asphalt paving operations, including placement and grading.
• Perform general construction labor and site cleanup.
• Set up and breakdown paving operations and job sites.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Collaborate with foremen, operators, drivers, and crew for safe, efficient work.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Take on additional paving duties as needed.
