Qualifications

• Previous asphalt paving experience required.
• Experience directing paving crews and coordinating manpower, equipment, and trucking.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, grades, and job requirements.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise paving crews during daily field operations.
• Coordinate daily paving activities including jobsite preparation, asphalt placement, grading, rolling, compaction, and cleanup.
• Monitor crew performance and productivity throughout the workday.
• Train and mentor crew members on paving techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional and productive work environment while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate asphalt, trucking, equipment, and resources to complete scheduled work.
• Complete and submit daily reports and field paperwork accurately and on time.
