Job summary

Edge Medical is seeking an experienced Capital Sales Manager to drive adoption of its surgical robotic platform across Argentina. You will identify opportunities, engage hospitals, and lead complex capital sales cycles from prospecting to close.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer implementation and build territory plans while traveling extensively within the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high-value medical device sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Spanish/English with professional working proficiency in Spanish/English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Argentina market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.
