Howard Financial is a fully remote back-office service for hospitality clients, focusing on bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting. We seek an experienced bookkeeper with hands-on hotel accounting experience to manage daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while supporting senior leadership in financial operations.

English resumes only. The role is 100% remote for LATAM, with a structured schedule and EST overlap, offering continuous learning and growth within a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
• Familiarity with SAGE, QuickBooks, Excel; Bill.com or Ramp a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Fluent English — able to communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability: 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Works as an independent contractor.
