slantis is a technology and architecture company delivering BIM consultancy to AEC clients in the US market. We are seeking a mid to senior BIM Consultant to lead projects, develop BIM standards, and drive efficient workflows.

You will collaborate across disciplines, ensuring high-quality deliverables and ongoing learning. The role emphasizes hands-on ACC experience, BeP development, and proactive knowledge sharing within a dynamic team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Must be advanced/native English speaker.
• Experience implementing standards in U.S. based projects in the last 2 years.
• At least 2 years QA/QC on BIM models and content.
• Held BIM Specialist/Lead role in last 4 years.
• Hands-on ACC experience with all modules.
• Familiarity with BIM interoperability tools.
• Experience with content management tools such as AVAIL or Kinship.
• Experience creating/adopting BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Desirable: Dynamo, C#, Python; Model Coordination in Navisworks; Solibri; IFC; Rhino.Inside.Revit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM Consultancy projects and internal efforts with client-focused solutions.
• Ensure quality and completeness of BIM deliverables (standards, content, strategies, workflows).
• Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM templates, workflows, and libraries.
• Create project-specific procedures to meet BIM expectations.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate BIM standards implementations.
• Supervise QA/QC of BIM models and content.
• Lead training sessions to enhance BIM knowledge.
• Troubleshoot Revit best practices with project teams.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and guide implementations.
