• Write, refine, and maintain high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, accurate, and aligned with platform standards.
• Lead backlog grooming and iteration refinement for billing and payments workstreams.
• Maintain adequate prepared work to meet sprint goals.
• Serve as internal SME for tuition billing, subsidies, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with external payment vendors and QA for risk reduction and test coverage.
