• Post secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Outlook, etc., with ability to learn customized software/tools.
• Fluency in French and English required; bilingualism essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and edit documents with accuracy to meet deadlines; may project manage work requests.
• Advanced knowledge of firm standard applications and templates.
• Review documents for branding, formatting and revisions; ensure layout for text/graphics.
• Utilise styles, master pages, templates, tracking, kerning and leading effectively.
• Act as project manager; manage scope, costs, and schedule changes as needed.
• Create template-driven client deliverables with precision.
