Job summary

WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across Latin America, including Mendoza, Argentina. You will handle inquiries from IT, Procurement and Finance and ensure compliance and optimization across a multi-vendor environment.

You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records, coordinate renewals and audits, and drive process improvements in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM with licensing responsibilities.
• Experience with node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing software portfolio across multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
