Job summary
Evolution is seeking a Service Support Specialist to monitor live casino game play, correct errors, and keep tables operating without interruptions on-site at Canning, Ezeiza, Shopping Las Toscas, Argentina. The role follows a weekly rotating schedule across mornings, afternoons, and night shifts.
You will document incidents in real time, escalate as needed, and collaborate with IT and operations teams using JIRA, TTS, and WIKI.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and basic IT knowledge.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Ability to make managerial decisions with independent judgment.
- Experience in a similar role; EVO experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live casino game play to ensure tables operate without interruptions.
- Identify and resolve game irregularities due to dealer error, software issues, or other causes.
- Record real-time incidents and escalate as required.
- Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI) and produce post-resolution reports.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve results.
- Handle ad-hoc shifts and ensure product delivery.
